HISTORICAL ENGINEERING DATA SHEET
Patented Zero-Electricity Residential Steam Shower System
MANUFACTURER NOTICE & PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT:
This technical data sheet is provided to plumbing contractors, mechanical engineers, and local building authorities (AHJs) to verify the historical regulatory testing, structural design, and engineering compliance of this patented steam shower system.
The physical dimensions, internal valving, and material compositions of the units manufactured today are identical to the original engineering blueprints that successfully achieved full independent laboratory certification.

3. GUIDANCE FOR LOCAL INSPECTORS & PLUMBERS (ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE)
Because this product is built exactly to the blueprints of its previously certified production run, installers and homeowners may request an Administrative Variance or Legacy Product Approval under local municipal building codes.
-
To the Installer: Present this data sheet along with your original purchase receipt to your local code official during the permitting process.
-
To the Building Official (AHJ): The manufacturer certifies that the design, materials, and low-lead construction of this unit have not altered since the initial issuance of the IAPMO listing. We respectfully request approval for installation based on historical conformance to the Uniform Plumbing Code.

PRODUCT LIABILITY & SPECIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Applicable to Serene Steam
1. Certification and Listing Status Notice:
The Serene Steam is a specialized, proprietary, mechanical plumbing fixture manufactured to order. By finalizing a purchase, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and understands that this product line is currently unlisted and does not maintain an active registry profile on commercial third-party plumbing databases (such as active IAPMO, UPC, or CSA certification registries).
2. Local Code Compliance & Permitting Responsibility:
Model plumbing codes and local municipal ordinances vary significantly by jurisdiction. Many municipal building departments require all indoor plumbing fixtures to carry an active third-party registry stamp to pass structural inspections. The Manufacturer and Authorized Distributor make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the universal permissibility of this product under local building codes.
It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their hired contracting professionals to verify local plumbing ordinances prior to purchase. The Buyer assumes all structural, financial, and legal risk associated with municipal permitting approvals, rough-in inspections, and installation viability.
3. Limitation of Liability for Installation & Contractor Refusals:
Neither the Manufacturer nor the Authorized Distributor shall be held liable or financially responsible for any project delays, contractor or plumber installation refusals, municipal fines, structural modification costs, or third-party labor fees arising from the unlisted status of this product. Historical engineering data sheets detailing the product’s past independent lab testing are provided solely as an administrative courtesy to assist the Buyer’s installer in requesting a localized building variance.
4. Custom Build-to-Order Sales Policy:
Because each system is built-to-order and precision-manufactured fresh upon purchase, all sales are considered final. Returns, cancellations, or refund demands initiated due to localized permitting rejections or contractor installation disputes will not be honored.
